The Foundation acts as Trustee for many Christian Brethren Churches. If you would like the Foundation to become the Trustee for your church please complete the Trustee Request form and email it to us.
The Foundation does not get involved with the day to day running of the church we simply act as trustee for matters connected with use, management & maintenance of the property. A Committee of Management must be appointed and this may be nominated by the church. The church is responsible for all outgoings like rates, taxes, repairs & maintenance including painting, insurance premiums etc.
