The Foundation is able to lend to Christian Brethren Churches and Related Brethren church organisations. Churches may borrow for various reasons and some would be; to move into more suitable premises, renovate existing buildings, buy a vehicle, buy a photocopier, support a Pastor, Buy a House for a Pastor etc.
Our rates are favourable to other financial institutions commercial rates. If you are interested in borrowing from the Foundation please complete the Loan Application form and send it back to the Foundation.
Loans are usually secured by a first mortgage over the property being purchased. Legal costs of preparing these documents are for the account of the borrower.
